Each item in our shop is handmade with care, and we hope you love your purchase! Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations are normal — and part of what makes each piece unique.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

All of our items are handmade to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

• We ship via Posti, UPS, Post Nord with tracking provided on all orders.

• Domestic shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.

• International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
