• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
