Each item in our shop is handmade with care, and we hope you love your purchase! Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations are normal — and part of what makes each piece unique.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
